Andrew's career spans over 25 years in rail infrastructure, mining, roads, petro-chemical and commercial projects for various government sectors and private enterprises.

Andrew played a key role in the integration of the Epping to Chatswood Rail Link Project. In particular coordination of commissioning events pertaining to electrical asset systems; traction substations and non-traction substations, high voltage distribution and low voltage distribution systems. Andrew has detailed experience with the construction and planning of 1500V dc overhead wiring, high voltage distribution, traction and non-traction substations and Low voltage installations.

Andrew's strengths lie within his ability to focus on clients’ expectations and overall delivery. Andrew thrives on the electrical challenge ensuring a positive outcome for stakeholders.

Graham Beard

Principle Consultant



Graham has consulted in high risk work environments in the Construction, Engineering, Mining, Marine and Petrochemical Industries. He has been Involved in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, programs and systems to reduce work related injuries and the severity of incidents, while also establishing strategies to limit workers compensation claims, which included developing and delivering training to reinforce specific safety issues for particular environments.  Graham is able to co-ordinate accident and incident investigations. He has conducted thorough site/workforce inspections for Clients, Contractors, Post Workcover , Union visits and on site Consultation Committees (Safety Committees). 

Graham has established and Maintained safety records in OHS management plans for Principle Contractors and Subcontractors and managed safety teams on large projects ensuring compliance to OHS management systems and to regulatory matters. Conducted PDS, onsite and systems Audits. Coordinated the development of OHS Management Systems for clients, sub contractors and principle contractors. Developed OHS and training manuals for Subcontractors and Principle contractors. Involved in the development of Site specific OHSE plans for large Construction and Engineering sites. Liaised with various bodies including Workcover, EPA , Councils and Unions (CFMEU, AMWU, AWU , TWU, CEPU, ETU ) .

OHS Specialist Consultant to Large Corporations including Woodside, BHP, Veolia Water Systems, Walter Construction Group , United KG, Multiplex , Baulderstone Hornibrooke, ABB, Monadelphous, Australand and John Holland.

Asle has a professional background with more than 23 years experience in safety/risk management from a range of industries, including utilities, transport organisations, petrochemical and mining. 

This includes the development of Safety Assurance Reports, Safety Cases and Safety Reports; development and implementation of risk based safety, environmental, quality and compliance management systems; auditing of OHS, safety and environmental management systems and management plans; and, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment studies. Asle is a dependable and organised planner who communicates effectively across all levels and is customer-service focused.

Nelson manages the development, maintenance and dissemination of Procedures and associated documents to promote safety and sustainability within the industry.

He has the ability to create an environment of team responsibility whilst maintaining personal accountability ensuring individuals gel and that there’s a balance of skills, behavioural styles, talents and personalities, whilst maintaining personal accountability, providing technical leadership and advice in the development of management systems. Create a safety culture that’s adaptable to change and using best practices rather than relying on minimum standards.

Nelson specialises in the provision of pro-active high-level support in relation to Safe systems of work, Competencies, Standards, and liaises with coordinators and facilitators to prepare training materials to assist employees in specific task and site training requirements, increasing a skilled workforce improving self-confidence and productivity.

Paul Convery

Principle Consultant



Paul is a dedicated and hard working Civil Engineer with more than 7 years industry experience working in both consulting and contracting.  His experience includes; working for both private and public sector clients including the Australian Rail Track Corporation, National Roads Authority in Ireland, the Highway Agency in England and Transport Scotland, as well as local authorities’ private developers and contractors. 

Paul is committed to high performance standards and relishes new challenges.  He is quick to learn and a fluent communicator who is highly client focussed.  Paul can work autonomously or as part of team.

Daniel O'Keeffe

Principle Consultant


Daniel is a Senior Civil Engineer with 7 years’ experience in the Design, Delivery and Site Supervision of major highway, rail and developing infrastructure projects in Ireland and Australia.  

His experience includes working for both public and private sector clients including National Roads Authority (Ireland), local authorities, developers and contractors.  Daniel is able to work alone or as part of a multi-disciplinary team, has management experience and has been involved in all aspects of project delivery from feasibility studies, risk analysis, detailed design, site supervision and commissioning.  

Daniel is experienced in the design and assurance of assets to various standards including RailCorp, Australian Standards, RTA and Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (UK & IRL).  Daniel has the proven ability to lead and coordinate teams of individuals and contractors towards completion of projects.  He is competent in the use of various software packages including Superstress, AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.  He has excellent interpersonal skills and thrives on working to deadlines and targets.  Daniel strengths lie in communications skills, self-motivation, problem solving, processes and excellent designer/client/contractor liaising skills.
